I just swap my motherboard for same one do i need to reinstall windows?

Like topic said i swap my h81m-e/m52ad/dp_mb motherboard for h81m-e.
My pc booted up and all works good. Still do i need to reinstall my windows? Or everything can work as it is ?

yer rite he wont have to re install but he will have to reactivate windows and they he will have to pay for.
your windows key is tied to your motherboards mac address among other things. and constitutes a big enough change to the system (even though its the same make and model) that windows will become invalidated.

If its the same board and all is working, I would just leave it as it is, no need to re-install.
