Hi I am very new to building and need some help designing a good build.
1 question: Witch is better?
2 question: Should I change anything?
3 question: Are these sites trustworthy?
4 question: Can these builds run games at highest settings at 60fps
5 question: Can they do VR?
6 question: Are these builds future proof?
I know this can all be answered on the sites but I just want to be sure.
Thank you!

5 months back that was high end build with a GTX1080 but now we got GTX1080Ti. Still out of those two the first one was better as it had better quality components compared to second one. The second was crap.

Here is the list:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($327.89 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG - H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($34.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus - STRIX Z270H ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($151.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2800 Memory ($107.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung - 960 EVO 250GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive...

This comes with GTX1080Ti over GTX1080.
I also included SAMSUNG 920EVO but skipped the HDD. You can add 1TB or 2TB HDD after few months when you require as that SSD can handle things for few months before it runs out of space.
