Hello,
is a 350 watt power supply enough for:
8 GB ram
AMD FX 4300 3.8GHZ (cpu)
GTX 660 2GB (gpu)
ASROCK 960GM-VGS3 FX (motherboard) ?

Solution
It would be just slightly, to go on the safe side I'd say go around 400Watts or 450, because if your PC is gonna be under heavy load (so play high-res games) it will just shut down with 350 Watts, so go 450 Watts if you wanna play AAA games safely like GTA V and Watch Dogs 2

It really depends on what 350W power supply you are talking about. Some are able to output far more than their advertised, like 400W, and some will only give you 250W.
