I just recently purchased an ACER Aspire One Cloudbook 14 from Walmart but it was in retail mode and the "lovely" employees at Walmart had no idea how to get it off that mode. My husband tried resetting it to factory settings but it wouldn't complete the reset and now it only loads the ACER screen then goes black then loads the ACER screen. Please HELP!!!
