You need a B350 or an X370 board, any X370 is more than adequate enough, although for the price, isnt really worth it as the only thing it brings over B350 is SLI, in the B350 section, go for something that has plenty of VRMs, like the MSI B350 Krait or the MSI B350 Gaming Pro Carbon, ASUS B350-F strix etc.

Should i go Ryzen 7 1700/X or all up to 1800/X or a ryzen 5 1600/X Im planning on gaming. But i dont if i should go intel i5-7600K but is Ryzen better for future?

I'd you dont want to spend money on an after market cooler stick with the 1600 non-x .

For gaming the ryzen 7's are no more beneficial than the 1600.
That chip will do 4ghz on the stock wraith with still acceptable temps.

I straight out wouldn't buy any i5 period now.
