Found my self in safe mode for no reason

Hey guys !
Every day at 10pm when i turn on my pc i get this screen https://i.imgur.com/K4jQlnK.jpg
Even tho, everything is new ,except the hdd and everything is plugged in corretly the bios settings are still the same
Specs:
Mobo:asus b250 plus
Cpu:i5 7500
Gpu: msi gtx 1060 6gb oc
Ram: evo x 8gb 2400mhz ddr4
Psu: crosair cx600 v2

Check the manual that came with your motherboard. There will be instructions on how to reset your CMOS.

And that's the last time you turned it off before the 10PM boot-up?

is it possible that someone else is turning it on sometime between your last shut down and when you boot at 10, and then not doing a proper shutdown?

No nobody is touching my pc and it happens every day at 10 pm and i use my pc all day,and yesi have fast boot and normal boot is there another way without unplugging the battery
