Yes you can. It'll run just fine, although depending on the CPU you use it'll definitely get bottle necked (basically you won't be able to use the full power of the 1050ti)

That specific motherboard also only uses PCI 2.0 X16, which basically all that means is that the GTX 1050Ti won't be able to out put it's full power either. It won't cause any issues with performance, just don't expect to get the same type of performance you see everyone else getting with it.

It also largely depends on the type of PSU you use, Make sure you have a good quality one otherwise you'll end up frying your PC. I heavily recommend EVGA, Corsair, XFX, and a couple others.
