Any motherboard with a PCIe x16 slot is compatible with the GTX 1060-6GB GPU. So, to directly answer your question: yes, the GA-H110M-S2 will work with the GTX 1060-6GB.

HOWEVER, I'd be more concerned about your selection of motherboard compared to what CPU you are using.

If you get an H110M mobo, that is "7th-gen suitable", it doesn't necessarily mean that plugging in a 7th-gen Kaby Lake CPU will work right out-of-the-box. The 7th-gen suitable means such CPUs can physically fit in that motherboard and it CAN work **IF** the motherboard has an updated BIOS.

If the mobo you will get doesn't have an updated BIOS, the 7th-gen CPU will not work (your mobo...

If that happens, you would need to get a temporary 6th-gen Skylake CPU first, in order to boot and update the BIOS version, before you can use the 7th-gen CPU in its place.
