yes, B350 mobo have AM4 slot so yes
though many people suggest u get asus mobo instead for AM4 slot

Yes it will, but id recommend the ASRock or MSI mATX boards over the Gigabyte, also, if you plan to overclock, even by a little bit, buy the non X version of the chip, as the X (XFR) gets disabled as soon as you overclock, even by a tiny bit, therefore a waste.
