Here is the PC I put together on pcpartpicker.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PwJ2wV

So this is my first build I have ever done, I have put in probably 20+ hours of studying all of the different parts and pieces. I wanted to make sure I had done everything correctly and have the adequate amount of parts. I mainly just need someone with way more experience than myself to check and make sure that things seem OK. I am very very novice! haha Also, any recommendations for cheaper parts with better or similar performance would be awesome. Like I said, I have done a lot of research and I would be afraid to learn "the hard way" in a scenario involving this much money! With that said I would highly appreciate any advice regarding any extra cords that I should need to purchase with this.

Aside from that I have done these basic things.
-Checked to make sure chip sets align with motherboard on CPU. (LGA 1151)
-Made sure CPU cooler would fit in my case as well as the ATX motherboard and PSU.
-Checked to make sure CPU cooler would cool the CPU adequately.
-Case specs align with motherboard.
- Made sure to get 150ish Watts above needed, I am going to do some basic overclocking.

If any of my language seems inaccurate, be sure to let me know! Like I said, i am very new to all of this including the forum! Thanks for your time and help!!

I am also going to use a old laptop 1TB hdd in tandem with the sdd.

Solution
Much more powerful and optimized with better cpu/gpu/ssd/psu/monitor. Should last you longer as well...
