I'm currently running a Core 2 Duo E7500 @2.93GHz, on a DG41RQ motherboard, with 4GB DDR2 RAM, and a GT 610.

I'm thinking of upgrading my PC so I can play some of the games from the last 3-4 years. Don't wanna spend too much because I'll not be using this PC anymore next year. Now my question is, will my motherboard support Xeon CPUs? Which ones will it support? Will it support Xeon CPUs at all? I'm trying to run something like Assassin's Creed Unity/Syndicate at low-medium settings.

P.S : I'm also thinking of getting an RX 550, since I don't have a decent PSU 300-450Wish so no connection for a GPU, is this a good idea?
