GTA V frame drops in Zotac GTX 1060 Mini after two hours of gameplay

I just bought a Zotac GTX 1060 Mini due to the lack of supply of AMP! Edition before a week. I am using Intel i5 7500. I love playing GTA V and I was playing in default graphics settings. Even though the grass quality was high, after 2 hours of gameplay in the Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay, Paleto Forest regions, the fps tends to go down upto 30 fps, not below that. I play in full hd. My computer specifications....
Intel Core i5 7500
Gigabyte H270M D3H
Zotac GTX 1060 Mini 6 GB
16 GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance RAM
Corsair 100R Cabinet
Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU

What's my exact problem?? Is it my CPU that bottlenecks GPU??? Or is it normal for the card????

Also say me the best overclocking method for this card at MSI Afterburner.

Judging from your system, I'd say the problem is your power supply.

The Corsair VS series is the lowest of the low in terms of quality for Corsair, it's just bad in general.

That could be the issue with your problems cause the rest of your system seems fine in terms of specs, just your PSU is TERRIBLE. Get a better one ASAP.

I'd highly recommend the Corsair CX series, or better yet EVGA'S 600B PSU (both are $50 and both are FAR BETTER then that VS PSU)

Actually I dont check my CPU Temps I Check my GPU Temps through Firestorm and I usually end up at 60 - 75 Degree Celcius! Also I will Check up after playing for 2 hours and post my results again!

If it was the PSU then the system would be crashing or shut down. If you are getting FPS drops I would use HWInfo and a CPU and GPU usage chart and see if you are getting spikes to 100% for either of these. Whichever one has higher usage generally is the one that hits 100% and causes the FPS drop and is the source of the bottleneck. If neither hits 100% then it's something else. Using this program also give us your max CPU and GPU temps; these 2 numbers are also important.

Dude I am getting 75 Degree Celcius at max load (100.0%) in my CPU and GPU!! But I didnt see in game but I ran GPU and CPU Tests Just Now!!

GPU temp is fine
CPU temp is rather warm but shouldn't cause performance issues. Expected on a stock cooler.

The GPU and CPU max usage in hardware tests doesn't tell you much. The only max usage that matters is in game.
