Looking for new Motherboard, Gigabyte H170 vs ASRock B250

What would you choose between?

no other option, please help me

What CPU? If KabyLake, B250 is only safe option. But anyway, the only thing that Gigabyte has and ASRock don't is Raid support. In all other aspects B250 has the same or better as H170.

I3-6100 (Skylake), can you give me an absolute answer? durability and etc can be the reason, not just pure performance (well motherboard only has little effect)
