Gigabyte fast boot/ultra-fast boot is it safe?

So is gigabyte's fast boot or ultra fast boot safe. Which one should i keep at fast or ultra?

the only issue is new mb boot so fast f2 or del funtion to get into the bios wont work. i have it on on my dads pc it fine unless you have to boot into the bios then you have to use a 3 party program or windows 10 speical boot feature.
