HDMI/VGA/DVI No Signal on New Build

I am building my first PC, and have run into one underlying problem. On Monday, I will be heading to a computer technician to fix it. For now, I am left here, sitting in a chair, staring down my build, trying to look for a problem, with a philips head screwdriver in my hand.

My parts are as follows:

MOBO: ASUS Z170A
GPU: Dual Fan GTX 1060 3gb
RAM: 2x8gb DDR4 HyperX Fury
HDD: 1TB Blue
SSD: 120gb
CPU: i5-6600
PSU: Corsair C550M

I got the parts collectively over time, so I understand that in this type of situation, you should generally just go to the BIOS settings and update your GPU, and then go onto the specific websites for the other specs, and upgrade each if need be. The problem with this is ever since I started building the PC, since Thursday, it has given me the same result. I plug the power supply into the wall, switch it on, and press the power button on my PC. Everything lights up and the fans begin spinning, no problems there. There is however a rather bold red led light next to the RAM sticks on my MOBO however, generally I look past this, but recently I tried putting my RAM into different slots. (Generally A1 and B1 as that is where I have heard you need to put them, and by the way, no, the manual does not even depict where exactly each ram stick is supposed to go, so maybe someone with a Z170A can give me the details on where they put theirs.) Anyways, looking past this all, I then plug the HDMI into my GPU and my monitor, turn on the TV (ASUS 20" Backlit LED) VGA no signal, so naturally I switch the input to HDMI, to find HDMI no signal. I plug the VGA into the monitor, and the GPU and do the same thing, no cake. The same with the DVI, same thing as the other two: "No Signal". The annoying part of this all, is when I try to leave the monitor on, when the No Signal shows for a few seconds, the Monitor just shuts off. I have tried going to the menu by pressing the Menu button, but the only two buttons that work on the monitor right now are the input button and the power button. I've tried so many different things, I cannot express and it is so annoyingly tedious to continue staring it down looking for one underlying fix. I need this computer for work and for my gaming fast, and at this point I really am just contemplating suic-- getting a Pre-Built computer, but I can't because I don't know where to sell my pieces other than EBay and that is too much of a hassle right now, as I have been saving these parts now for a year and scrapping it all for half the money I got all my parts for is just . . . understandably maddening.

Seriously, any help, even if it is not the solution will be appreciated at this point. Any help at all.

Also, since I am relatively new to the PC Gaming world, maybe clarify on the PC lingo as I most likely won't understand it.

Have a nice day ! :)

Here's 2 things to try:
1. Take out the GPU. Connect the mobo video out to your monitor. If you power up and get a BIOS screen, then you can install windows and you know it's a potential GPU issue. Once you have windows installed and the PC consistently boots and launches windows, shut down and install the GPU. Be sure to install the GPU drivers.
2. No video on mobo video - try resetting the CMOS. Typically, you just take out the button battery for 10 seconds and reinstall. Double check that this is the method in the mobo manual.

Install the memory modules into A2/B2 slots for better compatibility if using 2 sticks.
Also I have the same mobo and cpu in a system and when i built it the memory i had didnt work. Ordered different memory and bingo.
Just my 2 pence .
What bios version are you using?

Yeah, but first I have to be able to get a display for my PC, when I turn my monitor on and my PC as well, the PC powers on, but the monitor shows No Signal for HDMI and also for VGA and DVI. :/
