Disk space left discrepancy after cloning HDD to SSD

Hello,

I cloned a 180GB HDD to a 120GB SSD. It has Win 7 on it. I got error messages saying I'm running out of space, which is odd, as there's only the OS, no music, no document, no video, etc...I'm expecting only a few tens of gigabytes to be used.
When I view the properties of the SSD, it says 118GB are used, with only 800MB free. But when I select all files from the SSD, and view properties, it says 54GB are used. I obviously did a cleaning of the disk, with close to no success. I checked hidden files. Nothing that takes space.
You can view the screenshots in this ZIP file: http://www.mediafire.com/file/0gwmn5u80ryjmun/img.zip
I cleared the system restore files too.
I tried downsizing the disk, but it won't let me do it in the Windows disk manager. Increasing the disk size won't work either. Could you help me out, please?
Thanks,

Charles.

1. Don't post a link to a zip file. No one, especially and including myself, wants to open a random .zip from mediafire.

2, What software did you use to do this clone?

3. What OS is this?

Screenshots of your Disk Management window, please.

I just tried resizing the volume using a gParted Live on a USB flash drive, but the application says the amount of used space is 119GB (out of 120GB). So, I wasn't able to downsize (or enlarge) the partition... Any idea? (beside reinstalling Windows...)
Thanks.
