I need to find a good storage solution. The biggest factors are that it needs to be REALLY quiet, and I don't want to have to mess with turning it on or off. If it's a DAS and connected to a PC, then it should spin down and power down when the PC is off. If it's a NAS then it should go into power saving mode when not in use.
I have a WD single drive NAS that behaves like this, and it's super quiet. I'd like to find a 4+ bay unit that works similarly.
