I have a customer with a 0x501h model dell xps mobo in their xps computer who wants it moved into atx midtower chassis. I've worked on countless custom gaming computers with all sorts of motherboards just not this particular one

My question is will the azza gaming chassis be compatible with this motherboards front I/o header

none at all.

Putting a new motherboard into a Dell or HP case would require cutting and modding the plugs, a new case though is easy. hardest part is ID'ing the wires/pins on the motherboard

the chassis will have a split front panel connection. meaning the power switch will be it own plug, the reset will be its own plug, the leds will be its own plug. the Dell has them all connected into a single block. you will need to backtrace which pins are for which device (switch, LED, etc.) as the motherboard may not be labeled.
the chassis should work fine but you will need to ID the pins that each will connect to.

Start at a the power switch, follow the wires to the motherboard that is where the new 2 pin power switch plug will connect.
do this for each device connected to the Front Panel header

IDK on both counts
I found a few reviews on the 435 that said they were running with a Xeon, but no mention of ECC. I'm pretty sure the memory support will depend on the CPU as not all intel CPU's support ECC the way all AMD chips do. your best bet would be to call dell.
even the service manual is very scant on specifics
