Building my first pc how is this

Solution
Here are my suggestions/comments:

CPU: Good price/performance amongst all 7th-gen i5 models.

Motherboard: Great value B250 micro-ATX motherboard for your i5-7500

RAM: Suggest to change the speed to 2400MHz as this is the max. speed your CPU and MB can support. No point in getting the more expensive 3000MHz memory. The 16GB (2 x 8GB) is a good and recommended memory capacity.

SSD: Better/faster speed SSDs available out there, but, your choice is decent esp. if you are on a tight budget. The 240GB-250GB capacity SSDs are good choices over the ~120GB ones.

HDD: Decent and affordable HDD. Very commonly used.

Video Card: The GTX 1060 6GB is a top-of-the-line GPU for 1080p/~60Hz gaming. Pairs...

the mainboard only supports ddr4 2400, so your ddr4 3000 will work at lower speed than supposed to, perhaps you could buy cheaper ram

i would choose a different case because i like cleaner and smaller cases but that is personal preference

the rest looks good to me

Video Card: The GTX 1060 6GB is a top-of-the-line GPU for 1080p/~60Hz gaming. Pairs well with your i5-7500 CPU. If you can get a dual-fan version, the better. Dual fans have great heat dissipation and lesser noise than small form-factor single-fan models.

Case: Affordable case (may be "okay" for a first-time builder). Lacks additional features found in more expensive cases such as PSU shroud, rubber grommets, and decent air filters. If on a tight budget, the choice is "okay". Note that the case supports up to ATX-sized motherboards (but also supports smaller mATX motherboards such as your MSI B250M PRO-VD). But the smaller motherboard will leave you with a lot of "blank"/void spaces that might not look aesthetically pleasing if that matters to you.

Power Supply: Very decent-quality power supply model for your rig. Enough amps/wattage to power everything. Semi-modular cabling is great as you will only plug in the necessary supplemental cables you need, esp. for the Spec-01 case that lacks a PSU shroud (visible PSU and cables). If you do plan to upgrade to more powerful components (such as a GTX 1070 or 1080/Ti) and wish to keep the PSU, you might want to consider the CX550M (550W) version. If budget permits, the best 550W PSU models are the EVGA SuperNova G2 550, EVGA SuperNova G3 550, Corsair RM550x, and/or Seasonic G-550.
