Windows Action Center keeps telling me to restart computer for optical drive

Long story short, I took the optical drive from my three-year old computer and installed it into my new, current PC. The drive itself works fine, I have VLC downloaded and was able to play a 5.1 DVD mix of an album I recently purchased. However, I've noticed a notification in the Windows Action Center that won't go away that says "Your computer needs to be restarted in order to finish setting up device [insert optical drive name here]." Thing is, I have restarted my PC. Multiple times (both to clear this up and just through normal use).

Is this just some little bug that comes with using an old optical drive, or is there a solution? Clicking on the notification just expands the message and then ignores it like you would a notification on your smartphone.

Solution
Try right clicking on the optical drive in windows and naming it opticaldrive, or whatever you want. Or you could go into the device manager find the drive and then try to update it. Even if it says "the latest software for this is already installed" it may stop the loop you are having.

Actually started doing that right after I posted the question, seems to have done the trick funnily enough. Thank you.
