So recently I encountered some issues with micro stuttering in games, and just today I loaded up my PC to find that only programs installed on my SSD will work. Disk Management and the "MyPC" window show the HDD is connected and works, but most programs will not run that are installed on it, the ones that do run incredibly slow.
