Help!!!!! graphics card worked for 3 days now fans spins for 3 seconds every 15 seconds

My graphics card won't work on my monitor but the intergrated card works so the cable isn't the problem and the fans spin for 3 seconds every ten seconds and spin slow on my graphics card. please help here are my specs


CPU: AMD - FX-4300 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI - 760GMA-P34(FX) Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: Mushkin - Essentials 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Toshiba - P300 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB SSC GAMING Video Card
Case: Thermaltake - Commander MS/I Snow Edition (White/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Thermaltake - SMART 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Operating System: Microsoft - Windows 10 OEM 64-bit

Call EVGA. Tell them what you told us. Tell them the troubleshooting steps you have already performed.

Look at the bottom of the card. It should have a sticker on it with the serial number. They will want to know that number.

Did you register the card with EVGA after you knew it was working on the first day?

Do you have a copy of the invoice?

They will ask you to try it in a different PCIe slot. You don't have another one. You have a micro-atx board with 1 x PCI Express 2.0 x16.

They will ask you if you have another PSU you can try and which one you are currently using...
Hello... I would say then the GPU card has a problem then... give the makers a call or return it to your local store you bought it from. B /

try one more test...

1) after you set your MB BIO's back to "ext PCIe" in your BIOs (save&exit). power down ...power supply off.

2) Re-seat your Video card and don't screw it to your case... let it sit naturally in the MB slot...

3) Check your Power connections/adaptors?

4) check your cable connections from the GPU to monitor

5) try a re-boot.
