Memory usage capped at 21%

So recently everytime I use google chrome, I constantly have the loading symbol next to my cursor. I checked task manager and the memory usage doesn't go above 21%. Any solutions?

it sounds like you have 32 bit chrome which is limited to using 4gb ram in total.
You can checkl by clicking the 3 verticle dots at the top ring corner of a chrome window, then on settings then on seeting in the top left this time, and finally on : about chrome.

It should be there by the blue checkmark
