FPS Drops on good computer

I have been playing csgo for about 5 months and now all of the sudden I am getting fps drops every 15-20 seconds. If you have any idea on how to fix this or can help me please let me know.
My PC:
GPU: Geforce Gtx 960 2gb
CPU: intel i5 4460
Ram: 8gb ddr3
PSU: XFX 550w
Motherboard: Asus b85m-g
HDD: 1 tb Western Blue 7200 rpm

have you changed any ingame settings such as packet data count or max fps.
are you on a close server?

Please download msi afterburner and use that to monitor your cpu core usages, gpu usage and temperatures of everything, take some screenshots of the graph it shows and upload them to imgur and post a link here.

cpu and gpu usage look fine. assuming you were only playing for the latter portion of the graph and using 44%
as there is a long portion of next to no gpu usage in the middle...

have you have any windows updates recently?
https://www.safer-networking.org/spybot-anti-beacon/ install and run this is will stop your system contacting microsoft every time you hit a key on your keyboard and reduce your internet traffic due to reduced telemetry tracking.
turn off cortana

connect to a server that has lower than 150 ping and see if theres any improvements.
