Computer Freezing Anytime Outside of BIOS

My computer completely locks up and freezes where neither the mouse or keyboard work and the screen completely stops moving. This does not happen in BIOS, Does not happen while running a live USB of Memetest and it doesn't happen while running a Hiren's Boot CD. However, It will do this in normal mode, safe mode with networking, command prompt, recovery mode, and even while trying to refresh or reset the computer. The only way to get out of the freeze is to restart it. Windows is unable to repair the issue and memtest showed no issues after several passes. Windows memory diagnostic also did not show issues after several passes. Memtest temps showed 72 degrees after multiple passes but BIOS seems to not show anything higher than 49 degree temperatures. The only item in safe mode that shows in device manager manager with a yellow triangle next to it is the keyboard, but it is just a generic Microsoft 4000 keyboard with no real downloadable driver. I tried to update that driver but it couldn't find any new drivers for it. Here are my general system specs.

FX 9590
32GB (2x8GB Team Dark/2x8GB a different brand with thr same timings DDR3 RAM 1600"
R9 295X2 GPU
EVGA 1600W P2 power supply
Crucial 1TB SSD
Several 3TB hard drives.

As far as cooling, My CPU has an Arctic 360 liquid cooler and my GPU has its built in 120mm liquid cooler. I also have multiple other fans throughout the case.

Anyone have any ideas on where to go from here or how to solve this? I am normally great at resolving computer issues but this one has me truly out of ideas. I did see a stop Code error a couple of times with "Kmode Exception Not Handled" but no additional reason as to why. Please help???

Sounds strange, indeed. Have you tried unplugging the HDDs/SSD? It seems you only get the problem when using the OS, which i assume is on the Crucial SSD. I recently had a similar problem, my computer froze but didn't get a BSOD. It turns out it was the SSD, that wasn't responding. I discovered it this way: once the computer was frozen, and while it was still turned on, i unplugged the SSD and then re-plugged it. And all functionned again (until a few minutes later when the SSD failed again). This is harmless for the SSD, SATA allows for these hot-plugs. I would try that, at least to rule out a problem with the SSD. I would also try unplugging the other HDDs. Let me know if this helps, though i can't think of anything else...
