Long bios boot after switching to AHCI

I have recently bought a new SSD for my old Dell T7400 to get it running faster. I used the EasyUS to copy the system files from my HDD to SSD (SSD is for the system and few games while HDD is for most games). After that, I set the bios to boot from the SSD.

Now here is the problem, before the whole process I had to change my bios settings to AHCI. I'm not smart enough to know what that did besides my computer being able to see multiple drives and the bios booting up for over one minute.

I managed to transfer the system to SSD and everything works great but the extremely long bios bootup annoys me.

PS. It is also worth noting that the loading bar fills up in just a few seconds but stays full for around a minute.

Shot of the Dell splash screen in front of which I wait for over a minute (sorry for the quality, extremely sunny day). https://ibb.co/ik8CQ5

Unplugging other drivers doesn't help the issue and I've originally used the safe mode technique to launch the computer after installing the SSD. Any other ideas?
