Should I do something in bios before installing Windows

well, you can put win 10 USB into PC and make sure BIOS sees it as 1st boot option, just so it will install. I expect the motherboard should be set up to install it already. Its only after its on that it can become harder to install win 10 again but you don't need to worry about that initially.

what motherboard is it & CPU? Unless its a new model you may not need to upgrade the bios before installing win 10. I will look in the manual and see if there is anything you should change before installing windows.

latest bios is 3401, you can flash it if you like but you may not need it. If you had a 7700k I would have suggested getting it only so it recognised your CPU but you shouldn't need it. Really depends on which BIOS version you have now

judging from fact the section about installing an operating system only covers win 7, I don't think there is anything in here you need to change first.
You may want to set up ram in XMP profile but this isn't something you need to do before installing win 10. I also wouldn't overclock CPU before installing windows as that can lead to errors.
