Question about Fan Controller

So i have 6 fans. 2 of them are the liquid cooling radiator fans. My question is: Should i connect all the fans(including the lquid cooling fans) to the fan controller or just the 4 fans.

Radiator fans should be connected to CPU_Fan on the MB. Some can refuse to BOOT with CPU fans not detected. Also needs to adjust their speed according to CPU temperature.
