Is my H75 cooling properly? 80+c and are CPU voltages OK?

Hello,

I have a question for someone who knows, or has experience with Corsair Hydro H75 watercooling on a 7700k or similiar.

I am using a i7 7700k, with a H75 closed loop watercooler.
Asus Strix Z270G mATX
Corsair Venegance 3000mhz DDR4.
GTX 970 Gaming 4G
The case is a BitFenix Prodigy M (mATX) case with limited possibilities for good overall cooling.

My CPU temps may not be critical but can easily peak up to 80c or more at 4.5ghz.
Is this normal? I think temps like this would be more often seen on a stock cooler.
My heatsink is 100% properly attached and tight, also the w/pump is on 100% speed and is getting the right amount of RPM.
The cpu cooler is on a push/pull configuration as an intake (I want cooler air from the outside)
i think my temps inside the case are within the safe zone despite this setup, or are they?

Here are my temps in HWiNFO64:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/x6bcqbf5ge1qefi/Cputemps4.jpg?dl=0

Are the voltages on the CPU ok, or is it just the H75 not being powerful enough for a stock 7700k with only turbo enabled?
Like this there seems to be absolutely zero headroom for even a minor overclock.

Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!

From my i5 7600k Experience on 4.8 ghz, idle at 40 - 42 degrees, and "gaming" doesnt go past 65 degrees, I'm using a LC Power LC-CC-120-LiCo AIO Cooler, I'd say it's quite similar, not at full speed, I set 6 checkpoints, where to start the "excessive" cooling, so basicly, I'd say it's a bit high from my experience. I wouldn't let it go past 85 tbh, also, as I've heard that i7 7700k likes to overheat, it's probably common, check if your case has good air flow, I'd recommend to use the case fans, if you have default on MAX While overclocking, also do a Stress Test on your CPU so you can really see where the limit is. Might also be the thermal paste badly applied? Check those, if you have all correctly, and in your bios, set the CPU fans to Performance, it'll do the max. I suppose you paid up to 200$ for that motherboard, check it there might be any failures on your cooler.

The CPU has a base clock of 4.2 ghz, so 4.5 should just be turbo mode, which is odd that the temps are so high. Anyways, tell me how it worked out for you, I hope I was able to help.

Thanks for the tips.

I just stress tested my CPU with Prime95 and it get's 95c and the radiator is not even getting warm.
Maybe a problem with thermal paste like you said, or the pump?
Which is strange because i have re-applied paste earlier with no results.
I need to investigate! Is the radiator supposed to get hot?

EDIT: I reapplied thermal paste and double checked everything is as it should.

I still get idle at minimum 32c, peaks at around 80c while gaming etc, and Prime95 stress test 95c at 4.5ghz.

I know the H75 is not a pro cooler, but still.
The temps are still around the same as on the original post with the images of my temperatures.

Yes, i have 2.
They are 2x120mm fans on a push/pull configuration as an intake.
My rad isn't getting hot at all, this is why i asked. The water pump gives constant 100% RPM according to BIOS.
Still running a bit too hot, maybe i have a bad H75? I wish someone who have tested a H75 with a 7700k would know if the temps are normal.
