Can my pc run Rust?

So, I thought about buying Rust lately and I've checked my specs and I think I got the minimum recommendations down. Specs:

GPU: Radeon(TM) RX 460 Graphics
CPU: AMD A10-5700 APU
RAM: 10 GB

Do you think I can play the game with reasonable graphics with an enjoyable amount of fps?

You should be fine. I can't find that processor on Game-Debate but I'd imagine you should be alright. I'd project you can hit ~45 FPS on medium or custom medium-high with that set-up.
