I have a DCP-T300 brother printer my family just bought awhile ago and I tried printing a page from my computer and it just comes out blank. Printed test pages is blank also.
Specifically, it prints 2 pages each every time I print something, and it also happened even if I prompt it to only print 1 page/1 copy or more then it ends in with a "No paper is fed" message.
Papers aren't jammed as well and everything is okay including the cartridge and I did not put the container wrong and the roller is okay.
Here's all I did with the solutions I find online;
-Reinstalled all the print drivers / updating them.
-Clearing all the print queue.
-Restarted the print spooler.
-Did the print test thing.
I would highly appreciate any solutions given other than the ones I've mentioned in this thread. Thank you.
