Hi, I want a low budget gaming PC for under €400. I would like suggestions(pcpartpicker.com lists) from you on a PC within this price range, which performs well. I want to be able to run GTA(High, at least 60 FPS) and H1Z1/Battlegrounds. All I definitely want in the build is an Intel Pentium G4560. Thank you in advance!!!

This is an unrealistic goal. You want an entry level budget PC but then you ask for 60FPS with high settings. It's either entry level budget build or high end. A solid 60FPS with GTA V is not lower end budget.
