Can i use this frequency for my pc?

Hi There

So i have a HyperX Fury Blue 4GB DDR3 1333 MHz CL9 and HyperX FURY Blue 4GB, DDR3, 1600MHz, CL10, 1.5V
i have no problems with these i have a fx 8300 and my motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-970-Gaming i wonder if i can use 2 more rams that use 1866mhz CL10

You can, but the computer will automatically use the lowest frequency, which is 1333. If you want your RAM to run at 1866, then you need all RAM sticks to be 1866.
