Solution
You don't need 600W, your system will rarely even break 300W. Getting a good quality ~500W PSU will serve you better than a lower quality 600W unit.
If you really need to change PSU, get the Seasonic G-550 instead of the Corsair CS550M. Much better quality, longer warranty, and for the same price ~$70.

I do not know what your current 500W 80+ Bronze PSU is (you did not mention the brand/model in your opening post). If it is from a reputable manufacturer, with ample wattage at +12V rail, and enough PCIe power connectors for your GPU, it can power your i5-4690 + GTX 1070 easily.

The Corsair CS series is one of the worst among name-brand international vendors.

If you care about the PSU's lifespan and long-term reliability, you may want to upgrade to a higher quality PSU. Anything from Seasonic will be much better than a Corsair CS.

In the website that you linked, the best PSU for your purpose, considering price/performance, is this:

Corsair CX550M (87,80 €): http://www.plaisio.gr/anavathmisi-diktia/anavathmisi/psu-trofodotika/Corsair-PSU-CXM-Series-550-W-80-Bronze-CP-9020102-EU.htm

Please don't select the CX500 and CX500M (500W) in that website, as they are both poor quality units and have already been discontinued.
