No, GTX is Nvidia. When using dual-graphics you want the two GPUs to be of similar speed. The graphics in the A4 is very slow, so you wouldn't want to use dual graphics at all with it. As I said before, you would be better off with a single faster GPU.

No you cannot run Nvidia and AMD in crossfire/SLI together.

Just get a single better GPU:

Your CPU would then become your limiting factor. You will need either a CPU upgrade to a compatible quad-core for your motherboard or a new system to get more performance. But the GT 1030 would likely give you the 60fps you desire at the right settings.
