it depends on your budget and what you will do with it

if you have doubts, the cpu and socket with best future is amd, so ryzen r7 1700

if you go with intel, lots of people complain about intel 7700k, thanks to the improperly applied thermal material under the metallic shield, intel did that really bad, so the 6700 sounds like a safer bet to me, not needing to delid the cpu is something great i think, if you can't overclock a k cpu, why buy it?

the link you posted, i am not a fan of asrock, i do like more asus or msi, gigabyte too but is my personal preference talking here

for ryzen, gskill ddr4 3200 ram kit is better, less problems atm
