rarely can you change a gpu on a laptop and then only with something the company specifically made for that laptop which is not likely anything new enough to be worth the cost, trouble. these are not standard desktop gpu's but rather made to fit in a laptop case with odd shapes and unique cooling set-ups for each model. power supply is another issue as the included power supply is enough for the laptop as is and not with any changes made.

Laptops generally aren't upgradeable the way desktops are. So unless you know your particular model does allow for graphics upgrades, the answer is no.
