Well you'll likely not find a Z97 for around $100 still sold as new in the box. Check out my list link on NewEgg. I haven't searched eBay for what's available as new. This is the cheapest I could find on Amazon for $130 (assuming you are in the US):

If you do find one, go to the motherboard's website and search for that model then pull up the memory QVL (qualified vender list). You need to check if that memory you have is officially supported by it. Now if it's not on that list that doesn't necessarily mean that it won't work - it just means the motherboard maker never tested that memory at the...
Well the Z97 boards are no longer in production, so finding them is going to be much harder (available new anyway). So a complete list would be useless. Also I've never seen a complete list of all of them that were available when they were the newest chipset (Haswell-Devil's Canyon).

I have an ASUS Z97-AR for my i5 4690K build and have thoroughly enjoyed the overclocking options (you can even save custom overclock and stock settings in the BIOS for booting for uses - I run mine at stock speed for general use like surfing and movies). Here's all that's left for Z97s on NewEgg:

Why are you wanting to build a three year old chipset? You'd be much better off going with a newer Skylake for the same (if not less) money. Older components can actually go up in price over time as they are phased out of production.

My friend sold me his i7 4770k for $200 so I've already saved $100 from not buying a i7 6700k/7700k. Also I have high end DDR3 Ram which isn't garenteed to sell. So I'm actually better off going for the older build.
