Specs:

MOBO: Asus x99 Deluxe II
CPU Cooler Kraken x62

Setup:

I have 2 case fans and 2 rad fans, all of which are connected to the x62 Kraken and it is connected to the CPU Header to my MOBO

What happen:

I woke my computer up from sleep this morning and after less than an minute, my GPU fan went to max (assuming due high temps) and the PC shutoff.

I started up the PC again and I realize that the two fans connect to my radiator weren't spinning,
and the other two case fans were. I then received something to the extent of "CPU Fan error, how there is an issue with the CPU fan headers, the temp is too low for the rad fans to spin, press F1, to continue". (I can't even press F1 since the computer shuts down a few seconds after).

I checked my connections and everything fine, I pulled out the usb in the Kraiken for fan control and ALL of the fans were spinning at MAX RPM but my MOBO gets an QCode of A2 or loads the CPU fan error. In the case of the ladder, I press F1 to go into my BIOS and my CPU temp was at 88 degrees, his leads me to believe that this is a cooler failure but I'm crossing my fingers.

Also, I'm puzzled as to why the rad fans aren't spinning but other 2 fans are since all 4 fans are connected to the x62 Kraken and share the same CPU header.

Does this have to do with the CAM software updates?

Thanks
