Pc running slow after bios downgrade

Hey guys
I have dell inspiron N5050 , i noticed that the computer is running slower and slower suddenly and the cpu is overheating then i decided to update the bios from the version A04 to A05 , things went well for the first couple of days and then problemes start to happens the computer become even more slower than before and the cpu is overheating even more . so i decided to run a downgrade of bios from A05 to A03 by forcing the bios to downgrad since Dell computers doesnt support downgrade to bios and installing a new intel hd graphics 3000 driver , but what i'm getting is that the cpu heating is stable now (40-60) but the computer is even slower than before :

My computer informations :
core i3 2370 M 2.40 GHZ
intel hd graphics 3000 1664 MB
4 GB RAM
HDD 500 gb
current bios date : 10/14/11 A03 version
current windows : win 10 professional 64 bits

Time to get the tools out. Get back inside that laptop . Remove the fan/heat sink assembly. Blow out that fan assembly. Clean and reapply thermal paste from the heat sink on the CPU. Make sure your vents are clean. Even though the fan is running, it could be running below it's efficiency. The reapplication of thermal paste might help your solution at last. By the way, your thermal profiles are included in your bios instructions. Do not down grade it again lower than original factory release. You probably should reapply the thermal paste on your integrated video chip once you have that heat sink/fan removed.

I do not know how long you have been able to run this notebook properly before the problem started appearing. Everything about your set up is well below the specs to run windows 10 64 bit properly. Your system is just antiquated. Your processor...... your ram.......even your graphics chip , they are just being stressed to the max.

A couple of more things to consider...... is your small hard drive almost at full capacity? This will slow your antiquated system down also. When did you last run anti virus programs?

I dont think there is any wrong about my cooler , i've opened the laptop and cleaned it and it cools enough but when i run just random games that doesnt need that much graphics like " league of legend " or " counter strike cs 1.6" the cpu just start overheating ( between 70 c an d 85 c )

i've been running this notebook properly for like 4 years and half until now , and it was running good until suddenly things like this start to happen , i know its a bit old but since i changed the bios and there is a changin in the heating of the cpu and performance of the computer then i guess its a software probleme not a hardware one

There is like 143 gb free in the harddrive , i dont think its a probleme. but i do think that there is something running in the background of the cpu that causes this overheating and slow ( even if i checked in the taskmgr and some softwares)

Yeah the cpu utilization very low even the RAM utilization is low too , and it doesnt run at its rated speed when its busy but it does overheat , in fact i tried to benchmark the computer with some websites and it compared my computer performance comparing with the others ( who benchmarked their computer with the same states as mine ) and my benchmark was below good ( performed so baad compared to what it has to be ) .
I think the win 10 is somehow one of the problemes , should i go back to win 7 ?

i used the speccy software to measure the temp since i cant see the cpu temp from the bios ( even tho i tried ) and the temp is about 70 - 85 C especially when i start working on something graphical ( not that graphical just the amunt that my computer can take ) , and i went back to the normal bios A04 ( this version was the original before i upgrade to A05) .
The thing is that i used to work normaly on the computer the last summer and suddenly it become so slow and overheating ( i noticed dat while surfing and playing sme games that usually works right for me )
