Three Beeps on Intel DZ77BH-55K Motherboard after flashign to BIOS version 100

After flashing the BIOS version 100 for the Intel DZ77BH-55K motherboard, I'm getting three beeps and I can't get to the BIOS recovery screen as nothing appears on the screen. Before flashing it wasn't beeping, so I know it is not a memory issue even though it is said to be. I've tried switching around the jumper on the motherboard, taking it off, and putting it on pins 2&3 and still nothing. I really need help on this, I'm pulling out all my hair.

Ok disconnect everything and only use the components you need to get to the bios cpu ram and on board graphics and make sure you was using the clear cmos jumper or take out the battery for 2 to 3 minutes to clear it.
