And I'm sorry I missed this before, but I had assumed you already had the Gigabyte motherboard and the Intel CPU.

While the motherboard and processor are compatible, there is a chance that the motherboard you receive has not received an updated BIOS which is required for the G4560 to work. If the motherboard has not received the BIOS update (there is no way to tell before purchase), then you would need another CPU that is compatible in order to update the BIOS BEFORE you could install your Intel G4560.

What I would recommend is looking for a Micro-ATX motherboard that has the B250 chip set (as opposed to the H110 chip set) which are typically cheaper than the H270 and Z270 chip set motherboards.

I found this Gigabyte...

i am currentyly using hyperx cloud core on my laptop. (its i3 3217u)
And i definetely feel the need of a sound card for my NEW PC ..assuming that they wil sound same
Just to be on safe side. , I will try my headset without a sound card..if the need will appear..then only i will buy one.

I just want assure whether i can install my gpu and sound card together or not?

According to this:
https://www.vedantcomputers.com/ga-h110m-s2-ddr4
that motherboard has three PCI/e slots, One x16 for your graphics card and two X1 slots. I am sure that your sound card will work in that motherboard. As for your PSU, if it will work with your GTX 1050ti, then you would have enough power for your sound card also.

If the sound is low and muddy, make sure your speakers are plugged in to the correct ports. It appears the rear green audio port can only output 2.0 stereo audio. If you need to connect more speakers, I think you need to use the front audio.

First, you need to make sure your speakers are set up correctly as well as drivers installed. If they are and you still have poor audio, then you may want to look into purchasing a new sound card. Your motherboard does not have any PCI slots. It has one PCI-Ex16 slot and two PCI-Ex1 slots (PCI and PCI-E are two different specifications and are not compatible). You need to make sure the sound card you purchase has a PCI-Ex1 interface.

The sound card linked shows a PCI card; not PCI-Ex1 so that card in particular is not compatible. You want the ASUS Xonar DGX card. This card, with the GTX 1050 would work without issue on that motherboard. The graphics card would be installed in the PCI-Ex16 expansion slot. The cooling shroud of the graphics card would cover the first PCI-Ex1 slot, but you could install the PCI-Ex1 sound card into the second PCI-Ex1 slot.

I found this Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H motherboard that natively supports your processor and has the necessary expansion slots for your graphics card and PCI-Ex1 sound card. This one is actually a little cheaper than the last one you listed. Maybe that gives you the extra funds for the PCI-Ex1 sound card?

What do you think?
