Im currently having issues with my pc's cpu usage spiking up to 100% whenever i use a web browser or try to play a game,this problem has only started to occur after i installed my 750ti. This is my first time posting on here but im at a loss as to how to fix this so im coming to you guys for help,
My specs are:
OS - Windows 10 64bit
CPU- AMD Athlon II X4 640
Ram - 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3
Motherboard - ASRock N68-GS3 UCC (CPUSocket)
Graphics - 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (MSI)
PSU - Corsair CX600
Im wondering if i might need to update my CPU,I only have around £70 if i need to update,if you think thats the case then what would you suggest?
