Hey,

I ask for your help after i tried to much to solve this issue.

Short story: I bought an MSI GE72 6QF apache pro laptop in December 2015. It is equipped with an nvidia geforce GTX970M which i have troubles with. I played all kind of games (Witcher 3, BF1, overwatch and some more) but since 1 month i have some FPS issues, especially in Player Unknow Battlegrounds.

So i fully uninstalled drivers, and reinstall them, did not solve it.
Then i restored my computer to manufactury state, and reinstalled all drivers and it was a bit better.
But in PUBG i only have like an average 35 Fps with almost every settings to low.
Checked on the internet and i saw some guys running the same game with the same GPU a lot better without any FPS issues. I've tried everything like some commands to improve performance IG,set the power settings to high performance and went to nvidia settings to optimize the FPS. It didnt work much.

So i ran Heaven 4.0 benchmark and here are the results: http://imageshack.com/a/img924/6184/tO910s.png
These results are way beyond what it should be.. no?

I would really like some help as this was a really expensive laptop, so it pisses me off ^^

As I said it doesn't metter how many times you try. Every time you will get different results. I know that because I had a lot of laptops and I know how it is with these. The only thing I can recommend more is to replace the thermal paste. It will make it run a lot faster I know that from my own experience. I had 20 degrees difference in temperature. It will not throttle then. Also keep in mind you need to try it many times as with laptops it's a lottery. It really is. I didn't thought that anything could help but making the same things as well and trying a lot more helped me a lot. Try also this. : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=--jlkMiRudw

I will tell you one thing. I have a gtx 960m with a i7 4720hq. I had a lot of trouble with it. I rma it no results. Laptops are very hard to set up in order to get great performance. I am always a laptop guy even though I use a pc now. Also we can not see your picture. Upload it to imgur. The things that worked for me. 4X FRESH INSTALL OF WINDOWS 10. Setting different things in nvidia control panel. Playing with power options. Nobody will help you with it if they can not see that laptop on their own. I had stuttering etc and only these things helped me. Keep in mind that I have done everything that I mentioned before reinstalling my windows for so many times. Watch a lot of youtube videos and try what I mentioned. Something will eventually work. Also crank down the settings in games a littlebit. :)
