Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler w/ PWM fan

Already ordered parts I understand not the best cooler choice I don't plan on doing any overclocking. will I ever run into problems or is this cooler sufficient? NZXT 340 case 2 stocks fans and going to put 2 140mm Intake fans in.

I was able overclock quite extensively on the hyper 212 on a 4790k, you will be fine to do some on a hyper 212 as well. The hyper 212 for the price is very hard to beat. The only problem I've heard of happening is that the hyper 212's fan may eventually die, but I've never had any issues with any of the hyper 212s I've bought.
As far as clearance goes for the hyper 212, you will be fine in an s340, I have the same case and it fits without any issue, but I would reccomend that take off the fan on the 212 while installing the motherboard, it's a hassle to work around, but it's only kept on by a could of clips, so its easy to remove and put back on.

I would personally reccomend that one of the 140mm fans you purchase would go on the top exhaust, and you use one of the included fans for intake alongside the extra 140mm It promotes a bit better airflow.

Hope this helped!
