i want to connect to internet but block all udp and tcp ports except them who needed for internet browsing.

I need to block all ports except them which needed to connect to internet
You can safely block all incoming traffic. For Internet to work, you have to open access to TCP ports 80, 443 and TCP/UDP port 53.
But - unless your XP is directly connected to the Internet, none of the above is necessary, and having XP system directly connected to Internet is asking for trouble.
