Anyone have any good experience with the NZXT Phantom 410..? Is it a good reliable case to use? My main concern is in order to get the fan controller to work do I need to buy anything extra to make it work?

In the end of the video, it's also explained how the built-in fan controller works. Case has 1x molex connector to power the built-in fan controller and you have 4 channels. No additional cables are needed for it.
