A few months ago my internet on my laptop decided to go all of a sudden, I've spoken to my internet provider on multiple occasions, they've sent out a new router, they've done other things, none have worked. The wifi sometimes appears and I'm able to connect, but the majority of time I'm not connected and no connections are available, which seemingly came out of thin air. I've tried rebooting my laptop, forgetting previous wifi connections and multiple other things that I have read online. I'm no tech genius but I'm really getting fed up as my internet provider have not been much help. Please can anyone recommend some help.
