I have only been using my transcend external hard-drive for a couple days now, and everything was working great. I was successfully moving files on and off of it. But today it doesn't work. The blue circle is lighting up and flashing, and not making any noises. So I don't understand what's wrong with it. I had been connecting it to a xbox one, and an xbox 360 and watching some movies off of it if it matters. I was looking for some advice, thanks.
