The CPU you got is overclockable (unlocked), but, you paired it with a B250-chipset motherboard (non-OC'able), so, you can't OC that CPU with that mobo.

If you don't plan on OC'ing, it would be better and more logical to get a locked CPU (such as the i5-7500/i5-7600/i7-7700) to pair with that B250 motherboard as locked CPUs would have roughly the same performance compared to non-OC'd unlocked CPUs (stock speeds). The advantage of locked CPUs is that it has a lower TDP (low heat/low power consumption) and comes with a stock cooler already (but not as aesthetically pleasing and quiet as an aftermarket cooler). The 2400MHz RAM is a good choice as it is the max. speed this locked CPU/MB can support

If you do plan to OC, then pair that unlocked i5-7600K with a Z270-chipset motherboard. A better-performing cooler (with less bulk) is the Cryorig H7. With a Z270 motherboard, you will be able to OC the i5-7600K (which is the main intent in getting an unlocked CPU). You may also increase the RAM speed from 2400MHz to a higher one.

Good choice on the PSU (great quality and can power your rig, with headroom for future upgrades)
